Testimonials About Innisfil Montessori Academy
“We have been part of the IMA family for over five years. With one child still in the Montessori and the other having graduated from IMA SK we have seen first-hand the benefits of Maria Montessori’s method of teaching. We are so fortunate to have had this experience. The independence and confidence they have gained, has been monumental in their success in taking the next step in their education. As parents, we feel their passion for what they have learned when they share stories of their day. We are most appreciative of the relationships our children have gained with their teachers and fellow classmates. Thank you for everything you do.”

“My wife and I have had the pleasure of having both of our daughters concurrently enrolled and will also have our next child due in December enrolled as soon as he/she is of age. Without question, the structure, environment and the teachers themselves make IMA such a wonderful place. We don’t refer to IMA as simply a place for childcare but as a school where some valuable life building blocks are taught. From accommodating our daughters interest in toilet training so early to the coat flip trick to encouraging proper table and eating etiquette…..the environment encourages growth. Our oldest daughter’s last day is tomorrow as she starts kindergarten and we can say with certainty that her enrollment at IMA since November 2016 is a major reason as to why we are confident that she is ready and will excel in the next stage of her education. Thanks to all of the incredible staff at IMA!”

“We were with IMA for 9 years. All 3 of my children had the privilege of being part of this school. I can’t say enough great things about our time there. From the care and nurturing to the academics that each staff member provides, you will not find a better place than this. They have helped mold my children into the amazing little people they have become. Thank you IMA.”

“My granddaughter looks forward to her summers spent with the staff of IMA. There she is given many learning challenges that she feels comfortable to tackle. She is always happy to learn new things and enjoys the positive atmosphere the teachers provide. There she is happy to be involved in helping the toddlers too. The staff at IMA have been able to encourage my granddaughter to exceed in her behavioral challenges. The staff is beyond understanding and compassionate. Thanks to them our summers are amazing.”

“IMA has literally been the most amazing place to start my daughter’s education. The staff is so friendly and walking through the door you can feel the sense of community that resides there. The connection that can be made between other parents and their children makes it seem like you have known them your whole life. It is bittersweet that Brianna has now outgrown IMA, you are all viewed to us as extended family and will be missed. We will be back for visits sometimes!
Thank you so much for your time and energy in helping to raise Brianna into the lovely little girl she is today.”

“My son has been at IMA for just over a year now. He has grown and learned so much in the past year. The best part is that he loves going every day. My son has severe allergies and IMA has been so accommodating and compassionate. The teachers are wonderful and always happy to see him. Hot lunches are provided and always nutritious and delicious. I am so thankful we are able to have him enrolled in this school.”

“My son has been going to IMA for about 6 months now. We enrolled at 18 months as he was more than ready to start learning and have the social interaction needed from his fellow toddlers. I noticed about 2 months in his vocabulary had improved and now at 2 years old his communication and words are much clearer. His independence and problem-solving skills have also improved greatly. I’m so thankful for IMA as my work schedule had been all over the place and no other school/daycare was willing to even try to work with me. I was very pleased when I had my 1st tour and 6 months later I’m more than just pleased. The staff has patience like I’ve never seen and more importantly you can see just how much they truly care your little one. Thanks again IMA!”

“Both my 3-year-old and 1 and a half year old go to IMA. I can see major changes in speech and way of communicating with others. The values and morals that they base their teachings on definitely will benefit the kids for their futures. The teachers and staff are great!”

“We had originally enrolled our son in public school but quickly realized it wasn’t a good fit, he wasn’t listening, was getting into trouble and wasn’t learning as much as we had expected. Switching him to IMA was the best decision. He no longer has behavior problems at school and is learning something new every day. The most important thing is he enjoys going to school now.”

“My son LOVES IMA, he talks about the teachers all the time. They have the best staff around. It’s a great place for children to learn while having fun at the same time. My son comes home very proud of the things he learned and the loves to show off the things he created. I would highly recommend IMA to anyone who asked.”

“I was a little unsure at first about a Montessori school for my son who was 1.5 yrs old when he enrolled. Today I’m so thankful we found Innisfil Montessori Academy! The progress I saw within the first weeks I knew it was the right decision for my son. We enrolled our little girl this year who is not even 18 months old. Today dropping them off for their first day of school through some light tears (from me of course) we were welcomed by an amazing staff and really made the transition for both my kids and myself a smooth one. I couldn’t feel more at ease knowing they are in a great learning environment under exceptional care. I have experienced nothing but great things from Innisfil Montessori Academy (Christmas concerts, field trips, and special events)”
