Training and Development
At Innisfil Montessori Academy educating our staff is just as important as educating our students! Our staff participates in Montessori conferences and workshops as well as Early Childhood Education learning opportunities offered throughout the county.
Supporting staff to continue their education either through the ECE apprenticeship programs or through Montessori diploma courses, we see the value in ensuring our teachers are well qualified.
