Ms. Heather Dennis

Ms. Heather is a recent graduate of the Early Childhood Diploma program from Montessori Teachers College – a MACTE accredited training program. She is also a graduate from a Theatre & Drama Studies program, holding a Bachelor of Arts with Honours. She works as a dance and drama instructor at a performing arts studio in Barrie, teaching children and adults from age three to eighty-three.

She prides herself in being a patient and kind example of Grace and Courtesy in the room, after all of her years of teaching.

When not in the classroom, Ms. Heather can be found teaching dance and drama at a local performing arts centre in Barrie, preparing choreography, working for her theatre company, or learning new songs on her guitar.

Heather’s beautiful singing voice and excellent song choices, bring the students at IMA such joy!
