Ms. Jeanette Steele

Mrs. Steele has been a Montessori trained Directress at the Casa Level since 2006 and employed with IMA since 2014. Mrs. Steele is married with three children and enjoys her pets and being active with her family!

Mrs. Steele comes from a certified personal training background (working over 20 yrs. in the industry) and has spent most of her life participating in various sports and activities at competitive levels. She feels being active and moving your body is essential for our young students.

Mrs. Steele claims that to know a child you must sometimes act like one…she hasn’t grown up yet! She loves to work with children and watch them ‘blossom’ within the classroom. As Dr. Montessori quotes, “We discovered that education is not something which the teacher does, but that it is a natural process which develops spontaneously in the human being.”
