Ms. Nicole Richardson

Mrs. Richardson educational journey began at Trent University. She participated in TEFL International Tuscany program located in Italy and finished her RECE at Humber College. Mrs. Richardson obtained her Casa Montessori Diploma from NAMAC while working at IMA.

Mrs. Richardson stared at IMA 2014, her patience and welcoming demeanor are what make Mrs. Richardson a strong member of our IMA team. Mrs. Richardson believes that each child is a unique individual, she understands they learn at different speeds, and encourages them to make creative choices in their own learning. Mrs. Richardson feels Maria Montessori said it best “the goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn”

Mrs. Richardson and her husband welcomed their first child in December 2019. This young family loves spending time with extended family, their pets and getting to know their beautiful little girl!
